Mailroom Assistant
Contract, FullTime/Permanent

Job Description:
- Receive mail, newspapers and journals
- Sort, file and distribute documents
- Verify and record incoming mail
- Process outgoing mail and prepare mailers
- Frank outgoing mail
- Record daily stamp usage
- Liaise with courier service for mail delivery
- Run errands to Post Office
- Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
- Any other general administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or higher
- Able to speak English
- IT Savvy – Must be able to use Microsoft Office
- Pleasant and friendly
- Training will be provided
- Singaporeans and PR may apply
Working Days & Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays)
- 8am to 5:30pm or 8:30am to 6pm
- Working hours will be informed upon confirmation of job.
Salary:
- $1500 to $1800 per month
