Mailroom Assistant

Job Description:

  • Receive mail, newspapers and journals
  • Sort, file and distribute documents
  • Verify and record incoming mail
  • Process outgoing mail and prepare mailers
  • Frank outgoing mail
  • Record daily stamp usage
  • Liaise with courier service for mail delivery
  • Run errands to Post Office
  • Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
  • Any other general administrative duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or higher
  • Able to speak English
  • IT Savvy – Must be able to use Microsoft Office
  • Pleasant and friendly
  • Training will be provided
  • Singaporeans and PR may apply

 

Working Days & Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays)
  • 8am to 5:30pm or 8:30am to 6pm
  • Working hours will be informed upon confirmation of job.

 

Salary:

  • $1500 to $1800 per month
