Administrative Assistant (Field Ops)

Job Description:
- Preparation of materials (documents, equipment, vouchers, etc.) required for interviewers / surveyors
- Mail merge address listings for mailing of invitation letters via postal mail and email
- Liaise with interviewers / surveyors and relay researchers’ instructions / clarifications
- Coordinating and supervising all aspects of field surveys / data collection
- Manage targets / quotas and timeline
- Reply to queries over email, telephone and text messages
- Procure services / materials from suppliers
- Assist in other areas as required to ensure smooth completion of research projects
- More experienced applicants may be involved in conducting fieldwork training / briefing
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ levels or GCE ‘N’ levels with 2 years experience in admin roles
- 2 years’ working experience in admin roles preferred
- Must be familiar with MS Office applications
- Bilingual in English and another language (written and spoken)
- Well organized and has good interpersonal skills
