Call Centre Operator

Contract, FullTime/Permanent
East, West

Responsibilities:

  • To receive incoming calls and prompt callers for required information
  • Generate Call Taking form via the incident management IT system and input callers details into Call Taking form
  • Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided
  • Other related tasks as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or call centre environment is advantageous
  • Proficient (written and spoken) in the English language
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking callers
  • Computer literacy
  • Good audio-typing skills
  • Able to work shifts (work 2 days, off 2 days)
  • Working Hours: 8:00am to 8:00pm / 8:00pm to 8:00am
  • Able to work under a fast paced environment
  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo training (1 month)
