Call Centre Supervisor

Contract, FullTime/Permanent
  • To assist in supervising a team of call operators
  • Prepare monthly rosters, track attendance, leave records and manage manpower allocation
  • Prepare monthly reports / documents as required
  • Ensures all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
  • To perform call operator duties, when required (training provided)
  • Support the recruitment of call operators
  • Any other related duties as assigned
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and/or NITEC in Office Skills or its equivalent
  • Proficient in the English language (written and spoken)
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking callers
  • Experience in human resources, call centre operations, supervisory roles will be advantageous
  • Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
