Call Centre Supervisor
Contract, FullTime/Permanent
Responsibilities:
To assist in supervising a team of call operators
Prepare monthly rosters, track attendance, leave records and manage manpower allocation
Prepare monthly reports / documents as required
Ensures all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
To perform call operator duties, when required (training provided)
Support the recruitment of call operators
Any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and/or NITEC in Office Skills or its equivalent
Proficient in the English language (written and spoken)
Must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking callers
Experience in human resources, call centre operations, supervisory roles will be advantageous
Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
