Data Entry cum Admin Assistant (7 positions)

Responsibilities
- Liaise with various departments to obtain missing information
- Update records by data entry
- Check input data against source information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Obtain supporting documents
- Ensure records are updated in a timely manner
- Other related administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent. NITEC in Office Skills preferred.
- Computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word
- Good typing accuracy and speed
- Meticulous
- Good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- On job training provided
- Able to start work on short notice, upon security clearance
Location: Jurong (Lakeside)
Working Hours: 8.30am- 6.00pm; Monday to Friday
Availability: Immediate / Short notice
