Data Entry cum Admin Assistant (7 positions)

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various departments to obtain missing information
  • Update records by data entry
  • Check input data against source information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Obtain supporting documents
  • Ensure records are updated in a timely manner
  • Other related administrative tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent. NITEC in Office Skills preferred.
  • Computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Good typing accuracy and speed
  • Meticulous
  • Good team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • On job training provided
  • Able to start work on short notice, upon security clearance

 

Location: Jurong (Lakeside)

Working Hours: 8.30am- 6.00pm; Monday to Friday

Availability: Immediate / Short notice
