Temporary Event Assistants / Talents Urgently Needed for the following roles

Exhibitor Registration:

  • Fluent in English and one other language
  • Distribute exhibitor badge and welcome bag to exhibitor
  • Assist to collect the application form of additional exhibitor badge

 

Stand Hostess:

  • Distribute company flyers / marketing materials
  • Take meeting request on behalf of client
  • Distribute company flyers / marketing materials
  • Collect of business cards

 

Customer Service Centre Assistant:

  • Assist in-charge to serve exhibitors
  • Assist to collect the application form
  • Any other tasks assign by person in charge

 

Media Center Assistant:

  • Proactively to assist any media enquiry about the events
  • Ensure the materials for media are ready

 

Conference Hostess:

  • Proactively to assist attendees and speakers

 

Qualification:

  • Min GCE ’O’ Level with credit in English
  • Fluent in English and one other language
  • Pleasant with good communication and inter-personal skills. Able to deliver good customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must be able to commit to full assignment
  • Candidates with relevant experience in administration, customer service or school environment preferred
  • Relevant experience in events, retail, customer service will be an advantage

 

Working Days & Hours:

  • 06th ~ 08 Sep 2022, 9:00am-6:00pm
