Job Description:
- Source for talent
- Gather information on talent needs and job descriptions from various hiring managers
- Execute talent outreach activities according to a plan
- Contact potential candidates to screen suitability and confirm interest in available positions
- Maintain database of potential candidates
- Recruit candidates
- Execute SOPs and regulations in selection and assessment activities
- Conduct initial screening of job applicants’ resumes and relevant skill qualifications
- Conduct selection process and assessments
- Collect supporting information on potential candidates
- Verification of monthly payroll
- Ensure all employee records are properly maintained in accordance to company policies
- Administer HR related documentation
- Maintain and update HR policies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resources / Business Management or similar
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks
- Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations
- Holder of CEI (Basic) preferred
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 8.30am- 6.00pm; Monday to Friday
