Roles & Responsibilities

  • Screening applicants CV, shortlisting applicants for interview and arranging interview.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor/ management from time to time
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder
  • Holders of CEI(Basic)-non MDW will be considered for HR Executive role
  • Min. 2 years working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to start immediately
  • Training will be provided
