Job Description:
- Identify and research opportunities for new and existing markets
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process
- Prepare sales proposals and deliver presentations to potential new clients
- Work with management to identify risks that might prevent growth
- Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Manage existing portfolio & project team
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Maintaining client activities in CRM
- Manage sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation / execution
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Manage and attract suitable talents to join business development team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Management and similar
- Some relevant working experience in business development and HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks
- Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 8.30am- 6.00pm; Monday to Friday
