Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Identify and research opportunities for new and existing markets
  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process
  • Prepare sales proposals and deliver presentations to potential new clients
  • Work with management to identify risks that might prevent growth
  • Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
  • Manage existing portfolio & project team
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
  • Manage sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation / execution
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Manage and attract suitable talents to join business development team

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Management and similar
  • Some relevant working experience in business development and HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks
  • Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations
  • Able to start work immediately / short notice

 

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: 8.30am- 6.00pm; Monday to Friday

Availability: Immediate / Short notice
