Payroll & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Monthly processing of payroll, CPF, claims, etc.
- Responsible for annual preparation of IR8A, etc.
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Responsible for the processing of government claims and application e.g. Government Paid Leaves
- Manage AP/AR, petty cash and related matters
- Responsible for preparing tax invoices and statement of account
- General administrative duties such as maintaining filing system for all documents, purchasing and managing office/pantry supplies, arranging for maintenance / servicing of office equipment, etc.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- Min. ITE/ Diploma in Business / HR / Accounting or equivalent
- Familiar with CPF and IRAS matters
- At least 1 year of working experience in payroll
- Experience in payroll software (Easy Pay preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Pleasant with good communication skills
- Meticulous and good working attitude
- Safeguard confidentiality
Working Hours / Location:
- Working Day: 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm (Mon- Fri)
- Location: CBD
