Payroll & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly processing of payroll, CPF, claims, etc.
  • Responsible for annual preparation of IR8A, etc.
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Responsible for the processing of government claims and application e.g. Government Paid Leaves
  • Manage AP/AR, petty cash and related matters
  • Responsible for preparing tax invoices and statement of account
  • General administrative duties such as maintaining filing system for all documents, purchasing and managing office/pantry supplies, arranging for maintenance / servicing of office equipment, etc.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications:

  • Min. ITE/ Diploma in Business / HR / Accounting or equivalent
  • Familiar with CPF and IRAS matters
  • At least 1 year of working experience in payroll
  • Experience in payroll software (Easy Pay preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Pleasant with good communication skills
  • Meticulous and good working attitude
  • Safeguard confidentiality

Working Hours / Location:

  • Working Day: 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm (Mon- Fri)
  • Location: CBD
