Job Description:

1. Have at least 3 years post graduate experience working with PCs and Printers.
2. Have at least 3 years post graduate experience using DOS-MS Windows XP and 1-year post graduate experience using Windows Vista and Microsoft Outlook.
3. Have at least 3 years post graduate experience working in Microsoft Network environment (Workgroups-NT domains and ActiveDirectory).
4. Must be proficient in the use of Lotus Notes R8 (client) and above and MS office 2007.
5. Must be proficient in the below:
   • Microsoft DOS version 6.2 and above
   • Microsoft windows XP-vista and windows 7
   • Novell Netware 6.0 and above
   • Lotus Notes R8 and above
6. Common commercial software packages
   • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 and above
   • Microsoft Office 2003-Office 2007 and Office 2010
   • Microsoft Visual Basic.Net (Visual Basic 2008) and above
   • Microsoft Visio 2007 and above
   • Adobe Acrobat 9-Adobe Photoshop CS5-Microsoft windows scripting
